THE CONTACTS SCREEN
The
main screen also known as the contact manager
screen contains all the main elements in plain
view so you do not have to "walk" through
a myriad of screens in order to achieve the
right results.
For example, if you want to select all clients in a certain
state, just click on the black arrow beside the state
field and the database will be filtered by that state
immediately. You can achieve the same results with the
name, company, city, zip code, country, referrals, related
to, sales source and all the user defined fields plus
other places.
Click
on the MAP button to display in your internet
browser a map of your client's address. Then,
you can copy that picture map to the picture
field so you can refer to it off line in the
future.
See,
at a glance, the next contact schedule for
the client including recurrent dates.
Make
and use all kind of groups to retrieve information
instantaneously. Create groups based on present
selection of records.
Record
a Voice Memo for those notes that
are either long or difficult to type (or just
because you are in a rush or simply lazy..)
See
client invoices, go to client's website and
send personalized-data-merged emails all from
the contact manager screen
Another
nice feature is the ACTION BUTTONS. These buttons
located beside most User Defined Fields and
in the Free Forms Fields act differently based
on the information in the fields, so for example
if the field contains an URL it will open the
internet browser, if contains an email it will
open the email client, if a program or document
it will open the correct application, if a
phone number it will try to dial the number
using your TAPI system (if installed), if it
contains a contact ID it will jump to that
contact, if it contains a music it will play
it, otherwise it will try to do a seach in
Google with the
word(s) in the field (ideal to have search
list of everything) all this from the same
button without any further intervention.
There
is even a Virtual Action Button, so
if you have something in your clipboard and
press
Control+5 it will act accordingly like it was
in a field. For example you find a phone number
ina website, you highlight it, copy to the
clipboard and press Control+5 and Contact Your
Client will dial the number for you, how do
you like that?
Contact Your Client Professional is
all about
convenience and being versatile.
I defined this as a feeling of being able to accomplish what you have
in mind. I am sure that if you had used others CRM (Contact Relationship Manager)
you had wanted to do many things but become frustrated either because it is not
possible or to difficult or cumbersome to do.

The Gateway System is a simple and unique way to
interact with you Internet Merchant Account from
the software without having to retype anything.
It works with all Internet Merchants Gateways that
allows the use of an HTTP form (Network Merchants,
Linkpoint Central, Authorized.net etc). You can
use unlimited gateways so potentially it is possible
to charge one client using Network Merchants' gateway

The parsing system allows you add customers and
related data automatically with one click from
formatted or unformatted text, HTML pages, emails,
etc. For example, imagine you making a sale over
the Internet and receiving a confirmation email.
With other software, you would need to add a
customer and retype the information with Contact
Your Client you simply click the parsing button
and the customer is added and all the fields
are populated automatically from that email.
Some uses are: entering information from HTML
pages into the Contact Manager, like eBay, PayPal,
etc. Entering information from emails, formatted
or unformatted lists, completing information
in already existing customer like a new sale,
new phone numbers, etc.

a page on the Internet that contains
a bunch of emails that would be appropriate
for your business, just copy the whole
page to the clipboard and click Extract
Emails and all the emails in that page
will be imported and new records created

needs a F.A.Q. is provided. You can have
unlimited Categories and then, unlimited
questions and answers for each Category.
You can even personalize the Answers with
your customer name, Email etc. So, for example,
a customer calls or send an email, you immediately
click the F.A.Q. button and select the correct
answer for him and answer it or email it
showing efficiency and care for your customer.
